How can I find out the average cost per square foot?
We prefer not to estimate average costs per square foot without seeing the individual site. The cost per square foot for a build-out depends on several factors, including:
- The current state of the building
- Whether glass walls are desired
- The type of finishes desired (i.e. marble vs. porcelain tile)
What will happen when I first reach out to Streamline?
The first thing we like to do is put one of our project consultants in contact with you to discuss your project. This is to determine whether we would be a good fit for the job – if we do not think that we would be, we will tell you this upfront and you can look into other companies who could assist you. If it does seem like Streamline would be a good fit for your company, the project consultant will arrange a meeting with you to take a look at the space (if feasible) and go over further details.
What types of interiors does Streamline specialize in?
Streamline specializes in corporate office interiors. If you are looking for someone to outfit your retail, salon, or other personal service interiors, we would suggest that you look elsewhere as we do not specialize in these areas. We also do not outfit residential locations being used for office purposes.
How can I tell if my product is still under warranty? How can I put in a warranty claim?
Warranty terms depend on the manufacturer, so identify this first. Once you know the manufacturer, you can visit their website to find out more about warranty terms or to submit a claim. If you need assistance with either of these steps or would like Streamline to submit the claim for you, please contact one of our team members and they will be happy to assist you.
Does Streamline really offer turnkey office fit-out services?
Yes! We can provide design services, acquiring permits, interior construction (as well as initial demolition if necessary), and furniture from some of the biggest furniture manufacturers available.
Can I use pricing from an old quote to re-order certain products?
All of our quotes have a 30-day price hold from the date of the quote – if you are looking to order more items within those 30 days, then this is not a problem. However, we will need to give you a new quote for any items beyond the 30 days, even if previously ordered. Prices may vary due to quantities, manufacturer increases, and shipping and installation charges.
Does Streamline offer free estimates or quotes?
Yes, the initial site visit and consultation is free. However, design fees may be incurred for more in-depth space planning.
How do I clean my furniture?
Prevention is the best cure. Avoid getting permanent marker, pen, paint, etc. on your furniture, as these will often prove difficult or impossible to fully remove. Each upholstery will have its own cleaning and care instructions, so feel free to look it up on the manufacturer website or contact us if you are unsure.
