Introduction

A Flagship Branch, Reimagined.

Alterna Savings, a member-owned credit union serving Canadians since 1979 with more than 23 branches, saw an opportunity at its flagship location on 800 Bay Street to create a distinctive banking experience for clients.

The renovation took full advantage of the existing floor plate, with a sweeping curved glass wall setting the tone for the space. All work was carried out after hours to avoid interrupting day-to-day operations, and the project was delivered fully on budget.
