MiQ is a global programmatic media partner for marketers and agencies with offices all over the world. When it came time to move their Toronto office MiQ wanted to showcase the iconic brand as well as provide a welcoming and efficient space for their staff to do their best work. From the initial workplace strategy it was apparent there would be a strong emphases on meeting and social spaces for teams to interact and innovate.

MiQ were looking to increase their office footprint to accommodate a fast-growing staff count that would sustain and allow for their projected forecast over the coming 3-5 years. Once engaging Streamline, we were able to consult and adopt a flexible activity-based workplace strategy to minimize additional space that would be unutilized for a period of time, at the same time be able to accommodate national teams for selected periods throughout the year.
As part of the workplace shift towards a hybrid and flexible workplace Streamline focused on creating a ‘Destination Office’ to attract talent to the office for purpose driven tasks and activities. From a sense of community to collaboration, from meeting spaces to focus and wellbeing zones the MiQ office provides a well-rounded destination to facilitate their staff to perform the best they can.
Being MiQ is in the digital marketing space, reflecting their brand thoughtfully through the space was very important to help immerse the team as well as visiting clients into the realm of what they breathe and do every day.
