Introduction

A Space Designed Around People.

Smith + Nephew ventures into a new era for their Canadian presence. The team went through extensive design to optimize and increase their capacity for shipment goods at their warehouse for orders.

As well, a new corporate office designed and built reflecting S+N’s new corporate branding elements and work modes. The new office engages their employees with a communal cafe hub upon entering and combination of open office, enclosed private office/meeting rooms, phone booths, as well as a dry lab used for training in the office space.

The existing office no longer supported the company’s changing workstyles and future growth. The project required a refreshed layout, modern finishes, and flexible workspaces while minimizing disruption to day-to-day business operations.
