Project Overview

Zenith is a computer software and development firm that creates software solutions for many sectors of business. The company purchased a new, unfinished office condo in downtown Toronto and needed to make it usable. Streamline was called in to transform the space from an empty concrete shell into an inspiring yet practical workspace.

Our goal was to divide the space into areas with different functions without making it too cellular or creating a disjointed office. To do this, we used few barriers and incorporated glass wherever possible to keep the space feeling airy and open.

  • Conceptual space planning and interior design
  • City and condo corp. applications and permit approvals
  • General construction, incl. mechanical, electrical, partition walls, flooring, millwork
  • Furniture selection, supply and install
