Alterna Savings, a member-owned credit union with 23+ branches, realised their flagship branch at 800 Bay provides a unique opportunity to sublet and create a unique banking experience for clients.
The renovation project took full advantage of their pre-existing attractive floor plate, featuring a sprawling curved glass wall that was used to set the tone. All work was done after hours to avoid interfering with business operations and was delivered 100% on budget.
