This company was seeking a new office location in Toronto and engaged Streamline’s P3 process to finalize their lease / space selection. The primary goal was to design an environment that balanced individual focus work with collaborative team activities. 

The team was able to maximize the use of Leap’s tenant allowance through early engagement with preconstruction to hone the design finish selections while still being able to add design details that help elevate the space.
