Tirecraft is a rapidly expanding organization of independent dealers offering automotive services across Canada. Their tagline is “Real People Servicing Real Life” and their head office design needed to be people-centric, just like the dealerships.
It was time to do away with siloed departments and create a buzzing hub of energy. This reimagined space would foster a fresh sense of belonging and focus on Tirecraft’s purpose.
We started by providing a 3D layout and renderings to help visualize the outcome and ensure our strategy aligned with the company’s vision. The result was a fully outfitted office complete with individual desks, private offices, training room, and meeting areas.
Custom acoustic/visual installations throughout the space improve sound quality and lighting while enhancing the overall design. A planter wall brimming with live plants acts as a divider between the open office and the kitchen, helping to bring the outdoors in as well as improving air quality.
More open space in the new layout made way for alternate working styles such as individual desking, one-on-one meeting areas, and an open-plan canteen area that doubles as a place to meet. We look forward to continuing our relationship with Tirecraft as the company continues to grow!
